Who We Are
Sarasavi Web Design is a web consultancy based in Sri Lanka. These terms apply to all projects and services provided by us.

Projects and Payments
All projects require a deposit before work begins. The deposit covers the discovery process and initial work and is non-refundable once work has started.
The remaining balance is due on final delivery of the project. Work will not be launched until the final payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel a project before work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. No further charges will apply beyond the deposit for work not yet completed.
Annual Management Plan
The annual management plan covers hosting, backups, security updates, and ongoing support for your website. This plan is optional and available after your project is completed.
If you choose to manage your website independently or use your own hosting and domain, we are happy to hand over all website files and assets. However, we are unable to guarantee uptime, performance, or security for websites not under our management plan.
Hosting and Domains
We recommend using our managed hosting for the best performance and support. If you choose to use your own hosting or domain provider, you are responsible for renewals, uptime, and technical management. We will not be held liable for any issues arising from third-party hosting or domain providers.
Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on track, we ask that you:
- Provide content, photos, and feedback in a timely manner
- Review and approve work within an agreed timeframe
- Ensure all content provided is owned by you or you have the right to use it
Delays caused by late content or feedback may affect the project timeline.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you retain full ownership of your website content and domain. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
We take every care to deliver high-quality work. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of your website or any third-party services connected to it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
